We provide delivery throughout the Czech Republic and Europe through reliable partners:

• GLS — delivery by courier to the address.
• Parcel service (Packeta) — delivery to distribution points.

Delivery conditions:

• Order shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
• Delivery within the Czech Republic usually within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery within Europe approximately 3-7 business days depending on the country.

Delivery price:

• Czech Republic:
• GLS — from 89 CZK/3.5€.
• Mail order — from 69 CZK/3€.
• Free shipping in the Czech Republic for orders over 660 CZK/26.5€.
• EU:
• The price is calculated automatically when you complete the order.

After your shipment is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns and complaints

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Return conditions:

• The goods must be in their original, unopened packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned (according to §1837 of the Civil Code).
• Returning goods is only possible after prior arrangement at info@topinky.com.
